90/TEN

This programme is where we concentrate 90% of our effort on the food that you consume and learning about how you can make it work for you and 10% about movement.

This program is ideal for you, if you want to change your lifestyle rather than go on a fad diet that leaves you hungry and restricted from the foods you enjoy.

You will learn ways to control the food you eat and enjoy whilst losing fat.

I will teach you about calories/energy, macro nutrients and Micro nutrients that all contribute towards your fat loss.

You will learn how to monitor your progress each week and understand exactly how many calories you are burning each day, which will give you a better understanding of how many calories you can eat.

You will be able to check in with me every week with your progress and we will tweak various aspects of your food to help you progress to the next week.

You will see results within 4 weeks and you won’t be on a diet. Little tweaks here and there are enough to make progress each week.

I keep things simple for you and you will learn something new each week so that you can educate yourself going forward. People chose me to coach them because they are fed up of not understanding why they can’t lose fat.

 

£20 per month

Weekly virtual check in’s with me to discuss your week. We will discuss your activity levels, your food intake and assess your weight/measurements/photos.

Support during the week via message if needed.

Advice, education and learning how to lose fat.

Advice on fitness and exercise depending on your ability and motivation.

Someone to hold you accountable each week.

How do we get started?

We arrange a date and time to suit you, so that our first check in can take place. We will discuss your goals going forward and what you are trying to achieve. We will discuss your food habits and discover when your hungry times of the day are and adapt your food intake around that time. Why are we wasting calories eating breakfast if we are not hungry until 11am??? We could save those for our hungry times of the day. 

With all the information, we will work together to move forward each week in a bid to reducing your fat. You will learn to work out what your body is doing and when you need more energy than other. 

I will myth bust. 

You can take photos and send them to me if you want to or you can keep them to yourself, but they are a good way to see the difference each week and highly motivating.

We will discuss weighing and measurements in depth, where I will decide which option is the best for you.

We will work together each week, one step at a time so that you can understand the process. We won’t move on until you have understood the phase we are working on.
